Are there any contracts?
No. Our service is month-to-month. Cancel, pause, or skip any time without fees.
When am I charged?
Your card on file is charged after each completed service — never before. You'll receive an email receipt and gate photo.
What if my yard hasn't been scooped in a while?
We offer a one-time deep cleanup, priced based on yard size and condition. After that, your recurring rate applies.
Can I skip a week (vacation, weather, etc.)?
Yes. Skip any week with no fee through your customer portal or by texting us.
What's the Re-DOO Guarantee?
If you're not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we'll re-scoop your yard at no charge — or credit your account.
Do prices change for large yards?
Standard residential yards are covered at listed pricing. Yards over half an acre may have a small surcharge — confirmed before service.
